Insurance and Payment Options

In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment.

Insurance:

We accept most insurance; including payments from most PPO and indemnity plans. We are Delta Dental providers. Please feel free to call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have.

Remember, your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We file your claim for your convenience. We DO NOT work for your insurance company.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. We also offer interest-free financing through American General. For information on other payment options that may be available, please call our office.
